How Do You Earn The Credential Of Business Certified Appraiser (BCA)?

ISBA's business valuation courses were developed by leading valuation professionals who have a wealth of knowledge and experience within the industry.  The materials and training is training-file-on-laptop-sho.jpgcomprehensive and was developed to provide students with not only a common sense approach but concepts that are easy to understand and implement.

There are three courses that students embark upon leading to the BCA professional credential.  First, each student is invited to attend our complimentary KickStart Orientation which prepares you for the Level 1 course.

Once complete, you should enroll in Level 1:  Valuation Essentials.  This class will teach you the approaches, methodologies, terms, financials, and how to apply these areas to preparing a business valuation.

After successful completion of the Level 1 course, it will be time to enroll and embark upon the Level 2: Advanced Techniques course.  During this course, we will help you fine tune and expand your knowledge of business valuation approaches, methodologies, reporting writing, and the industry's best practices.

Following successful completion of both the Level 1 and Level 2 course, you will receive from ISBA a Demonstration Report Handbook.  This is your time to shine and apply the knowledge you have attained through the courses.  You will have 45 days in which to complete your Sample Demonstration Report.  All the information that you need will be included within the Handbook. Instructions for submitting your Report are included within the Handbook.
